ck 888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 06
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance

• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory instruction requiring account restriction

If your account is closed by ck 888 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited, particularly where that balance is associated with fraudulent deposits, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct. In all other cases of account closure — including voluntary closure and responsible gaming self-exclusion — your verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
